• Sound Bath Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing and harmonizing vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls, Gong, Koshi Bells and many more instruments. Promoting deep relaxation and healing.

• Hatha Yoga session: Begin with an hour of gentle flow Hatha Yoga with Coral of CHills yoga, grounding and balancing yoga postures that align your body and mind with equinox’s energy.

•  Fire Ceremony: (Weather permitting) Participate in a powerful fire ceremony to release what no longer serves you and set new, positive intentions for the future.

• Ceremonial Cacao drinking: Open your heart and enhance your spiritual connection with the ancient ritual of drinking ceremonial grade cacao.

• Breathwork with guided meditation: Engage in guided breathwork to deepen your inner connection and elevate your energetic state
