These days people live very fast life and lifestyle patterns are changing with times. With these demands and changing times individuals face stress in daily lives and a constant hustle to keep up with the ever-growing competition. Stress reduction is important for everyone and proper healing methods can be followed for your well-being. There is a life flowing in us and everybody should feel equally alive and stress-free every day. We are surrounded by energies and a field of invisible vibrations that affect our general well-being. To live a worry-free life, one needs to be healed at regular intervals of time to avoid bottleneck situations.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, fear, anxiety also promotes healing. 

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

How Does Reiki Work?

During a Reiki session the practitioner places their hands on or simply above the clients body. The practitioner conducts universal energy from their arms, and out through their hands where it flows into the clients body. The energy will go where it is needed flowing through the affected parts of energy field within the client, where it charges with positive energy. This raises the vibration levels of the energy field in and around the body. This causes the negative energy to break apart and dissipate. Reiki heals and clears the energy pathways, in doing so allows the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.

What are the Benefits of Reiki?

Reiki healing can help with Anxiety, depression, stress levels, emotional issues, low self-esteem, recovering from physical illness, feeling stuck, chronic pain, fatigue syndromes.

Face to Face Reiki Session:

The treatment involves by client laying on a massage table but treatments can also be given while being seated or even standing. You remain fully clothed and simply relaxed. With clients consent I start the session guiding client through some breathing exercises and visualisation techniques to client ground their mind and body. I then place my hands on or near your body in a series of hand positions. These positions include around the head and shoulders, stomach, and feet.

Everyone experiences Reiki healing differently, one could feel a tingling sensation all over the body or just the area being worked on, heat/warmth coming from my hands, see images, colours, clarity, feel emotional, peaceful, calm or experience deep relaxation.

Each position is held for 2 to 5 minutes depending on how much Reiki the client needs at each position. The whole treatment usually lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.

Distant Reiki session:

One of the symbols in Reiki is for distant healing. By using a picture, phone call or video call of person the healing needs to be done on and also activating the distant symbol, Reiki energy healing can be sent to them no matter where they are. 

The session would start with a discussion by phone or video call, to understand what you would like me to support you with. You would then relax in the comfort of your home and I send the healing to you. To close the session I will contact you to give you feedback and insights I have received from the session and to discuss your experience. I will also provide guidance and suggestions for your personal development.

Reiki with Indian Head Massage:

I offer Indian Head Massage with Reiki as many clients like to have an Indian Head Massage together with Reiki so that they can benefit from the stimulating effects of the Indian Head Massage followed by the refreshing, balanced and relaxed Reiki healing.
