What is Access Bars® Treatment Sessions?

The Access Bars® is an wonderful treatment that involves gently touching 32 points on your head to “run your bars”. when gently touched, this releases anything that stop you from feeling joy and ease in your life. This is a moment  for you to let go of everything! These sessions are deeply relaxing and nurturing to the body, mind and soul. Clients leave feeling focused, refreshed and revitalised.

What does a Bars session do?

The Bars takes all the considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, judgements, and beliefs from any lifetime, that are electrically stored in the brain and release them. This release occurs when the bars are touched; it allows stored unwanted emotions to be released.

What does a Bars session feel like?

Everyone is different so there is no “normal” Bars session. Individuals often say that there is a sense of relaxation and many people tend to sleep. Some people have images come to them, others feel sensations in their body such as buzzing, tingling, warmth, twitches or shivers.  Sense of peace and joy is often present at the end of a Bars® session.

What does a treatment involve?

During a session you will be lying down (fully clothed) and I will gently and lightly touch the 32 points on your head in sequence. Each treatment lasts for around 75 minutes, expect to fall asleep at some point during treatment.

Access Energetic Facelift

The Access Energetic Facelift is a wonderful way to rejuvenate the face and reverse the signs of aging on the face and neck.

The gentle soothing touch applied to your face and neck works together with your body’s cells to restore and rejuvenate.

While receiving an Access Facelift, many different energies are applied to the face and neck.
